Candle Making

Wax, wick and colour, poured and left to set.

Choose a format first, then the date that suits you.

About This Experience

Wax, a wick and the colour you choose, poured and left to set. The shade is decided before anything is melted, so the jar is one you specified rather than one you picked off a shelf.

Set with dried flowers, or with hearts pressed into the surface, or left perfectly plain. It cools into the shape of the vessel you poured it in.

A long wooden table laid with lace doilies, glass jars and paper cups, and bowls of bubble, rose and flower candles in bright colours.

Hands trimming the wick of a cream-and-lilac bubble candle with scissors, a blue bubble candle, a pink shell and a pink arch candle beside it.

Hands holding a freshly poured jar candle with its wick held straight by two sticks, sprinkling dried lavender from a small dish.
